I am making this contribution from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution. I am making this contribution with my own personal check or credit card and not with a corporate or business check or credit card or one issued to another person. I am at least eighteen years old. I have not contributed more than $5,000 for this judicial election, which includes both monetary and in-kind donations. In accordance with Texas State Law, the contribution limits for this race are $5,000 from individuals; $30,000 from law firms, including all persons affiliated with such firms.
